Salamat sa inyong lahat. Sa inyong pag-appreciate sa informations na pinost ko.
Thanks din sa author ng book. Kanina nga lang. Pinilit kong mag-run (1.6 km = 1 mile). Naka-10 minutes ako total. Tapos pabalik another 1 mile. Run/walk. Nag-a-adjust pa ang katawan ko. Tagal kong di na tumatakbo. Salamat sa Diyos naka-recover din. Sumakit kasi ang muscles ko. Sa unang mile. Naka-total 2 miles = 3.2 kilometers bale. Pinag-hahandahan ko kasi ang fun run. Para sa 5K. This December. Noong papasok nako sa work. Thank God. Meron pa akong strength para pumedal ng mountain bike ko. Naka mga 2 kilometers din. Binilisan ko. Pinawisan ulit. Mga 10 minutes din akong nag-bike. Presko ang pakiramdam. Noong pagdating ko sa office. ![]() Nakatulong siguro ang morning breakfast ko na raisins bread. Hindi na kasi nakapag luto ng heavy breakfast. Kasi wala ng time kaninang morning. Pasensiya na sa too long post na ito. Just sharing my testimony and activity (physical). Sa inyo mga sirs. Just sharing again.
Thank God. Kanina. Nagawa ko ang training (30 minutes run/walk). Bukas ulit, mag-wa-walk naman ako ng 30 minutes. Excited na ako sa fun run. Lord willing. This December makakasali ako at ang wife ko. Salamat sa fun run na ito. Ang advantage nito e mapipilitan akong mag-work-out or mag training. Lumakas ang muscles ko. Sa legs at arms. Nakaka-endure narin akong tumakbo. Hopefully makapag prepare akong mabuti sa 5k run na ito.
