Thank you sir sa tip. Nasobrahan na nga po ako eh. Bike addict kasi, kahit may nararamdaman na, bike pa rin kahit sa ulanan. Ayun, trangkaso ang inabot. Sinabayan pa ng acute gastroenteritis. Kaya eto ako ngayon, 2 weeks ng walang padyak at medyo nagbabawi muna ng lakas.

Salamat sa pag-appreciate mo sa post na ito. Pakiramdaman ang dapat sir sa physical activity. Kung hindi kaya ng katawan, huwag pilitin. Uso ngayon ang lagnat kaya palagay ko nangyari din sa iyo ito. Hope maka-recover ka na ulit. At makapag-bike na naman. Nau-lanan din ako last July. Yun 3 days akong di nakapag-work. Dahil sa lagnat. Marvs, Definitely correct. If our bodies can do more than 30 minutes. It's ok. Like biking 50 kilometers a day. Basta kaya pa ng katawan. Huwag pilitin kung di kaya. Kaninang umaga nag-streching ako ng about 15 minutes. Nag-push-up ng 30 times. Tapos nag-walk kami ng dog ko about 5 minutes. Noong papunta na ako sa work nag-bike ako ng 11 minutes. Doon sa pavement na baku-bako, binilisan ko, medyo hiningal ako. Very good sa heart and lungs. Salamat nagawa ko ito. Matagal na akong di nakakapag-adventure using my mountain bike. Miss ko na talagang mag-long-trips. mikoy1129, Thanks sa encouraging words.
