crazy cheap for a thru axle long travel fork...hehehe  10k for the AIR version and 7k for the Coil...

...and the LUX (air) and AIR version is light at about 4.8 pounds!

Malas lang the production of the LUX version (remote travel adjust!) is on hold daw due to a complaint filed by BIONICON --- patent breach daw...eh ang KOWA ganun din naman ang system wala lang remote..hehehe

Based on the weight, hula ko alloy na.

yun din assessment ko pero i wanna know from guys who've actually seen it or owns one. ganda ng fork eh. parang too good to be true yung price. hehehe! i think yung counterpart nito sa suntour... almost P11k yung duro then yung durolux almost P15k so panalo ito. :2flute:

avalanche? for XC ang ava, this fork on the other hand is for FR. baka ma-stress ang headtube ng ava and break. assuming 160mm ang travel ng fork, the recommended for ava is 100mm.

I agree with Posible21!

Save a little bit more and get a brand new Suntour XCR or wait for a used XCR fork. It is an excellent entry level fork with the added bling... If used properly and maintained well, it can take more abuse and last longer than the lowend RST. I'm using the black XCR with lockout on my Giant XTC and a whtie one on my SS.

That's bang for your buck bro!

Give or take, it's about 2.5K (brand new) and the 2nd hand runs around 1.2-1.5K.

In the end you'll be able to save more money for other upgrades.

Even if you have the most expensive or the toughest fork, lahat yan may limitations.

By the way what RST model are you goin' to buy? Basta use the fork on purpose , do not abuse, just use, kahit RST yan tatagal yan. My first Bike uses RST fork up to now di pa sya nasisira.
