Problema ko sa pag-bi-bike ay ang mabilis akong mangitim. Brown kasi ang complexion ko.

Kaso nakikipag-trabaho ako sa isang office. Kailangan ng presentable sa mga customers.

Ano ang mai-sha-share niyong tips para hindi mangitim.

Sir you can buy arm sleeves and legging pants (oo, yung sinusuot ng mga babae) or long socks. As for your face, may mga balaclava-type na accessories dyan sa mga LBS or kahit sa mga dept.stores, look for Headware. Ngaung balut na balot ka na, di ka na mangingitim. And use papaya soap na din. It helps...hehehe!

kung bibili ka ng arm warmers at face cover or long sleeved jerseys, make sure merong UV protection. otherwise, buti pang nag cotton t-shirt ka na lang, he he pareho lang ang effect.

in my case, ayun arm warmers. i get a helmet na may visor. and i don't spend too much time outside. dati kasi 5 am ang umpisa ng padyak ko, tuloy tuloy lang, tapos by 8 am, nasa bahay na ako. if you're bike commuting, that's a different thing, he he.

i'm not a sunblock fan, pero it works daw. may studies kasi that it causes skin cancer in the long run. pero kung 'di talaga maiiwasan.....he he he, likas papaya is your best friend, hi hi hi.

yung arden soap with gluta try mo. ok lang naman dark skin, ang hustle yung tan lines. lalo na yung along the face because of sunglasses. dark skin means active person. wala lang ihihihi!

My take is that "being presentable to customers" should mean a well-groomed appearance and should not have anything to do with the actual color of your skin.

thinking that skin color has something to do with being presentable is a little racist. sabi nga ni steampunk, being presentable means being well-groomed, and having the correct posture and bearing helps, too. and if ever, anong parts ba ng katawan mo ang pine-present mo sa customer? most likely face and arms lang... na magkasing kulay rin naman

pero kung takot ka talaga umitim, i recommend using a spray-on sunscreen na mataas SPF rating, like beach hut's 75spf spray hindi sya malagkit compared sa mga lotion-type na sunscreen

as for me, i'm proud of my farmer's tan! medyo nakakailang lang pag nag-beach dahil parang may suot parin akong shirt. hehe.

Kapag meron ka namang tan lines, iwasan gumamit ng mas mahaba o maiigsing panakip, diverse brown ang kalalabasan mo nyan. hahaha.

Im using arm sleeves pag papadyak ako ng lagpas 9 am until 3 pm. The rest as is na. Sunblock di ako bumibili, pero gumagamit ako pag may nagbibigay.
Ay nga pala No Panty Day daw ngayon. Ewan ko bat ko nabanggit.LOL!

Sa Neck and Face - Ung "Headwear", pwede sa scarf or balaclava.. I bought mine sa isang sports store sa mall

Moderate Heat - Sunblock nalang

I also work in an office here in Global City. Ang comment din ng mga officemates ko yung "pag-iiba ng kulay" ko. They even suggested na mag sun block daw kasi ako. I'm a true blue outdoor enthusiast, di ako comfortable gamitin mga ganyang products, I'd rather go for the natural look.

based on my experience wa epek yung arm warmer.. nangitim pa rin yung arms ko. napansin ko ito na mas maputi na yung mga kamay ko (im using full finger gloves na makapal) compared sa arms ko.

im now considering getting a arm sleeves na may tattoo art. parang gawa sa cotton yata yun, i might give it a try.

or else, ride early around 5am. @_@

that's why you need to make sure na merong UV protection yung arm warmer. ang gamit ko ngayon yung sa Sandugo, a bit pricey but it seems to work.

now about the tattoo art? the ones i see have a similar material to stockings. it would be better kung hindi ka na lang gumamit.
