there are online bike fitting sites. tutal nasa newbie's section na lang din, check it out, sticky thread siya.
check mo kung possible pang madaya, but i highly doubt it. kasi baka hindi ka na masentro sa frame.

iba iba ang sukta ng mga bike companies but 45 is too small for your height.
check the effective top tube( center of steerer tube o yung bolt ng headset and center of your seatpost horizontally ang sukat. if it's still 45, maliit masyado.

A 45 cm road frame (measured along the seat tube, from center of BB to center of top tube), as a general guideline, is for riders in the 5' - 5' 6" height range, although exceptions could be made depending on body proportions of course. So for a 5'9", without knowing anything else about you, I would say the 45cm is too short.
Alberto Contador is 5'10" and rides a 52cm. Cadel Evans is 5'9" and rides a 50cm. But we also have to understand that pros tend to ride smaller bikes than us mere mortals. I have a friend who is 5'8" and rides a 54. So, for a 5'9", again, without knowing anything else about you, I think you should be looking at 52-54 frame size range.

smaller road bike frame make your handling more responsive.but size 45 is so small for a male(in general) rider.womens size na yan.xxs more or less.baka naman mtb size yung sinasabi mo Sir?I'm almost 6ft sa mtb im using size 48 and road bike is 55.
i do not know kung kaya pang habulin sa stem and seat post but it would look very awkward.

wala ng solusyon dyan kundi palitan ang frame o bagong bike. Walang rule of thumb kasi iba iba ang physique natin o haba ng upper body or legs etc etc.
Long time ago ang haba ng top tube pareho ng seat tube and they measure it always center of bb to top of seat tube. Iba na ngayon, merong sa gitna, sa ibaba o taas ng seat tube sukatan and we have so many compact frames. We are not pros who use 1 or 2 sizes smaller and 120 to 140 stem. Ibang level sila and handling and flexibillity nila grabe na. we are d same height, I used 54cm length ng top tube, I dont base it on bike brands sizing.

yup, handling won't feel right with a smaller frame, kasi with the adjustments you have to make (e.g. moving the saddle far back, or putting in a longer stem to get you to stretch out more) will change the handling coz your weight won't be centered on the bike.

Pwede sana i add din yung geometry ng bike in considering bike fit. Normally its just stack and reach. Pero at first glance mukhang xxs yung 45. Too short imho. I ride size 48 on my caad 8 and 5'5" with 28 inch seam ht (distance from crown jewels to floor).

hindi ba kayang maibenta yung frame? kung barely used naman baka you can still get a good price for it, tapos kaunting dagdag na lang better fit frame na.

Note lang na may mga na injure na rin or biglang sumakit mga muscles kc yung bike ay hindi sukat sa rider. Better to use it with caution if u feel manhid sa kamay or uncomfortable kana tigil muna or try to stand and relax your muscles. Until you change with correct frame. Medyo OT but still health first!

pwede naman siguro ipa-swap yan. the bikeshop shouldn't even have sold you the bike if they have knowledge on correct sizing.

we're the same height but I got pretty short inseam, my frame size is 52cm.
Your best option I think is to sell this bike and get a new one that fits you. oh and stay away from that bike shop. ![]()
