Zinc and Ascorbic acid supplements can help, as well as Paracetamol with antihistamines. Native honey can also help. I stay away from mass-produced honey. Get as much sleep as you can, or find time for an afternoon nap.

One time - May sinat at sipon ako bago umakyat ng The Wall... Pagdating sa Wall 2.. Wala na.. I guess riding more makes my sickness gone or I get sick if I dont bike.. hehehe
Does anyone here experienced na after a long time of not riding ( 2 weeks for expample ), madalas kang sipunin or ubohin.. A fellow rider who is a doctor today me na, hinanap daw kse ng katawan ko ung pag ride.. Kaya after that.. I made sure na may recovery ride ako kahit mga 20k lang midweek, after nun hindi na ako gaano nasipon if ever mabakante. **Vitamins and minerals are still the best. my 2 cents.

Haven't been riding for about a week now because of those news about bikers becoming roadkill. During the downtime, been eating a lot of those god forsaken brownies and fruitcakes the neighbors seem to re-gift year in and year out and I can see the double chin is slowly making it's appearance.
I have a bike ride tomorrow but looks like I got the sniffles from the Christmas list shopping in the Greenhills tiangges today and yesterday. I hope this doesn't turn into a fever tomorrow. The muscles are a little on the achy side.
