wala pang nakakagawa yung available na FD adaptop hindi pa uubra... kaya kami dati "dirty finger" shifting lang

pwedeng pwede na yung dirty finger shift sir jay di naman malor sa shifting eh di ba, kailangan ko na lang eh Litepro na dual crank hahaha,muntik na kanina binabalot na ni mang jaime yung litepro na red hahahaha pero single crank lang

sir siopao aber po yata at gub ang tatak nung extender, kay tryon meron alam ko 2.2K yata presyo nun, yung iba ginagamit eh yung MTB stem na 50mm or 60mm tapos oversize na MTB handlebar, try mo yung mga previous pages merong nag upgrade ng XWAY nya several pages back.,

pag dating sa upgrade at modification, si idol jay aka gamol at mike cardoza ang resident guru ko hehehehe,lulupit ng upgrade nila eh

btw sir jay, what do you think of the rims being sold by tryon yung red balak ko palitan yung stock ng MUP8 para red din eh, 28 holes sya na pinasadya daw nila mang jaime sa Taiwan,850 each

antayin mo na yung firebird sir siopao, I will choose it over the xway anytime sa porma pa lang malayong malayo na eh plus the components are really very good, lamang pa nga sa MUP8 yung components ng Firebird, next month naman may dating na kay Tryon eh

dapat yata mag bigay na ng royalty si Tryon kay sir jay kase daming kumuha at nagka intereset sa Firebird becasue of him hahahaha

by the way, I have already completed my stable, just got the Peerless Crescent last Friday, for around 7K pesos, I cant not complaint anymore. The Crescent though is really a starter bike only something to get you going in the FB arena. This model is highly recommended for those who really have a very limited budget and wants to get a very decent FB na hindi surplus. Its made of steel so expect it to be heavy. Very basic components but form factor is nice plus the canary yellow color is really an eye candy for me. To ligthen it up a bit, I used the seatpost,saddle,folding pedals, breakset i got from my MUP8 and removed the steel rack as well. i will also replace the tires makunat kaseng gumulong masyado

Thanks sir. Oo nga maghihintay na talaga ako nung firebird. Di na nga ako tumitingin ng iba para di na magulo utak ko. Nagmamadali lang siguro kasi ako. Di ako nakasama sa TSP ride kanina hehehe. Next year na lang talaga

nakita ko pa lang yung gold pero oks naman sya... double wall na tapos saktong 28 holes... pag sa MUP8 mo idol sosobra butas ng 28 sa harap

pwede mo ding ipa-anodize na lang para same rims pero bling bling na

Yeah saw it. May exposure ang Ironbike and a couple of Dahon models. How you wish you were pepito....receiving 3 foldies for christmas!

i saw a better option yung sa Ironbike naman 9.5K nga lang yung Sparco kaya lang gold pero may nakita ako before na red din.

sabagay mas less ang gastos ko kung mag pa anodize na lang baka 300 lang ito. tyvm again

Dahon MUP8 yun sir, yung kay Pepito eh MUXL naman, yung bigay nung mga anak nya Jetstream

Just wanted to share our FBs, finally completed the stable last Friday

The black Peerless Firebird belongs to my eldest daughter.

The red Dahon MUP8 is mine, replaced brakeset with Shimano Deore levers and V brakes, replaced seatpost with LDCNC, replaced saddle with WTB Speed V, replaced pedals with AEST flatform sealed bearing pedal, anodized handlebar to red color




The yellow Peerless Crescent belongs to my wife, replaced the saddle with WTB Dahon saddle and Biologic seatpost with pump, alloy folding pedals, AVID FR5 brake levers and promax V brakes all from he MUP8, replaced the stokc steel kickstand with Nuvo alloy kickstand.

The 212 Doppelganger Tangerine belongs to my youngest daughter, replaced brakeset with Shimano brake levers and V brakes, replaced pedals with Wellgo folding pedals,replaced seatpost with La Bici orange seatpost, replaced handlebar with gold generic alloy handlebar, replaced plastic fenders with gold alloy generic fenders.

Hello tiklopers! Im planning to buy fb on the 29th. Saan bang store nagbebenta ng expressway? Sa rox 17k pero pwede 6 mos 0% pero kung malaki diff sa ibang store dun ako. Yung totem bike alloy na sya at maganda din porma. May nakagamit na ba non dito? Sa mga mouse user pwede b sya iupgrade to 8-10 speed?

Kung mouse ang bibilhin ako madami pa budget pag upgrade, pag expressway naman wala na hehe. Any suggestions? Ayaw ko ng firebird eh hehe

Im aching to get a Firebird. Base sa backread ko yun na ang back for the buck and components wise hindi nagkakalayo sa Dahon. I am looking at Peerless Crescent since tight budget talaga. I will use the FB daily sa work which is approx 8km to and from. Kaya lang as per advise ng iba kong friends na into FB or bikes, better yet go for Junya or Firebird na if budget permits or save up for that? Kasi with Firebird at least ok na mga components and pedeng as is na muna at no upgrades ( for the meantime ) Hehehe.. I maybe wrong since im really a newbie when it comes to FB. Anyways Happy Holidays to all!

problem lang sir eh yung Junya malabong may dumating, i was eyeing that kaya lang uncertain na talaga ang delivery even ng distributor according to Tryon.

Im a newbie as well but because of the help of sir gamol and mike among others, mas madali kung naintindihan ang FB. Kung bike to work daily, mas maganda ang Firebird compared to Crescent, medyo mabigat kase ang Crescent eh saka yung mga components nya pang leisure biking lang talaga, yung Firebird halos prime parts na eh kaya siguradong kayang kaya ang daily grind.

Firebird will be available next month sa Tryon so ,may time pa mag save, Dont think about upgrades saka na lang yun pag may extra budget na talaga. Kami may upgrade itch kase halos lahat kaming nag upgrade dito eh galing sa mountain bike so nag carry over when we went folding. In your case, enjoy your first foldie muna, get familiar with its components and as you go along the journey, you will discover if there is a need to upgrade pa or not.
