ride more, be batak. I think a dark buffed lean look is more presentable than pale/white and overweight
![]() but assuming talagang may impact ang pagigin fair skinned ... - buff headwear with UV for your face. - zoot arm ice fill arm covers. keeps you arms cool and protected from the sun - ride earlier, and end earlier - use Olay Natural White facial moisturizer ![]()

Hello guys. I'm annoyed by uneven skin tone of my arms. Gusto ko sana magpaputi kaso hindi ako nabubuhay ng hindi pumapadyak. Tips naman para pumuti kahit madalas nagbibike.

Tama si sir johnbonalos. use sunblock every ride or use arm sleeves. BTW biking from 6-9am the sunrays are safe but the sunrays from 10am-4pm is quite dangerous to our skin. Nageemit n ung sun ng harmful UV rays that can cause sun burn. Mas iitim ka dun xmpre.
If you were to bike at those times follow what sir johnbonalos told you. Guys ang hirap po mgkaroon ng skin cancer this days so stay safe always. Re-apply sun block every 2-3 hours. Happy Biking!

night ride sir.
seriously, biking is an outdoor sports kaya mahirap maiwasan ang pagiging dark colored or kamagong skin as what roadies call those sun soaked riders.the best way is use long sleeved jersey and sun block lotion.

Personally, I (and the wife) don't have issues with the tan lines or the different shades all over your body - AS LONG AS YOUR SKIN IS NOT DRY. Make sure you clean up after resting from a ride. Wash up and put on some lotion on the exposed body parts, especially if you rode a day long or epic ride. Having tan lines should not be equivalent to having dry scaly skin.
If, however, your day job requires you to be presentable and you talk to clients frequently, then just make sure you use a baclava (headwear) that you can use to cover your face and neck (from dust and the elements too), Shades or eyewear. For the arms, either use long sleeved jerseys or arm covers, note to look for those with spf ratings that can help prevent tanning. The legs? Well, you wear pants to work, right? So no issues even if you have different shades of brown between the thighs down to your ankle area... But if this is still an issue, then you can get those leggings to cover you up... BTW, my wife lovely calls those tan lines - KULAY KAHOY! I guess it's okay as long as it's not dead wood... )

recently , i had a violent argument w/ a friend about w/c skin color women prefer
i said maputi ( based sa actors/models) , she said dark After asking every other female in the room, it appears she's right Females prefer darker skin than maputi Fearing for my safety , di ko tinanong what shade of dark they prefer fear not my friends bike lang ng bike I think clients look at your overall appearance than your skin tone
