I would suggest you do the same para documented ho yung improvements. Not a weight wennie but for the price, pwede na.

I have a question:

I would like to buy a Ti bolt for my headset.
I'm using 4mm allen key on my headset bolt.
So the correct size of the Bolt that i need is M4 right?

Negligible ang weight savings. In my opinion the best part is that they don't rust and weaken or get stuck. So the best place to start is the rotor bolts.

replaced my rotor bolts with TI ones, tulad ng sabi ng iba, hindi weight savings habol ko, gusto ko nung hindi kinakalawang kasi andami ko nang rotor bolt na nagkakalawang dun sa loob nung pinagsscrewhan, so far ok naman, reminder lng sa iba lagyan ng grease or better loctite, kasi most nung nabibiling ti bolts walang kahit ano sa threads, nalaglagan na ako ng isa, at lumuwag na twice..

Ang alam ko most headset bolts are M6 - same as brake caliper bolts - but at least 15mm longer. Some need 4mm, some need 5mm allen keys (Dahil iba taper head, non-taper head, others are counter-sunk) but the bolts size is M6. Stem bolts are usually M5, so M4 would be two sizes too small for a headset topcap.

eto rin ang next plan ko - going for titanium bolt more on replacing my steel bolts (stem bolts, brake caliper mount bolts etc.) that are rusted or starting to rust. secondary na lang siguro ang weight savings!

ang isa pa - always looking shinny and new pag titanium bolts ang gamit although may mga ibat ibang color na rin nito to match our bike color scheme.

yung sa aking headset pala - ang bolt size nya is M6 x30mm.

i'd only replcae with ti to get rid of rusting. other than that, nothing else.

panget ba gumamit ng stainless allen bolts as in stainless talaga at hindi na mamagnet at hindi kinakalawang?

and ano rin disadvantages and advantages pag stainless bolts gamit?

Stainless is a good and cheaper option than Ti. I can't think of major disadvantages other than weight. It should be stronger than titanium, but slightly less bling in appearance.

I'm using Ti bolts sa stem ko. kahit paano ramdam ko sa palad ko yung difference nila sa bigat. Ti bolts came with truvativ t40 stem. and yes, ganda tingnan ng always parang brand new screws sa stem.
