15QR is a standard that Fox and friends are pushing. Most 2009/2010 Fox forks come with a range of products with a 15QR option. As for the hubs, I've seen Mavic, Industry Nine, Hope and Halo hubs accommodate 15mm through axles.

so if you upgrade your fork with a 15mm axle center lock you need to change to a hub that is specific to its geometry? It seems that most of the hubs that accomodate a 15mm axle center lock are boutique brands as what Apollo posted. medyo mahal pala pag upgrade.
I'm using a 20mm thru axle in one of my rig, the fork I use is MANITOU Stance that is 120mm-150mm and my front hub is Da Bomb Headspin Thru Axle Center lock. In terms of performance what would be the advantage of having a 15mm axle center lock compared to the standard quick release that most xc rigs use? ![]()

Bale design talaga ang Thru Axle for downhill at all mountain yung 20mm Thru Axle Center Lock, and now they built this in small bore diameter 15mm para talaga sa XC, to upgrade quick relese para mas safe at mas stable...

There are 2 major axle versions now. The 9mm QR which is the de facto standard today. The TA (Through-Axle) comes in two flavors; 15mm and 20mm. Through axles are stiffer and is generally best for mountain bikes. You can choose between 15mm and 20mm. 20mm is stiffer but of course heavier and 15mm gives you the best bang for the buck in terms of weight and stiffness.

i agree sir apollo... sana makakita ko na mura Fork para sa 15mm Axle and i heard meron na SLX na hub for that... sana nga kasi yun yung Group na SLX bibilhin ko pag uwi ko... About Fork sana meron na XCR kasi medyo mura... hehehehe!

SR Suntour Epicon and XCR forks for 2010 also sport the 15QR. But I'm not sure who carries this brand here in the Philippines. As for the hubs, there are a number of manufacturers and I think you can't go wrong with Shimano SLX. Go for it!
