Commercial Selling is only allowed for affliates and sponsors only. To protect the our affiliates and sponsors, seller who trades or supplies a large quantity of stocks for sale cannot post or sell in this forum unless he/she is an affiliate or sponsor. This policy helps support our sponsors/affiliates, who in turn help make this site possible.

Commercial selling is when a person...
- Owns or works for a bikeshop / wholesaler / importer / distributor / reseller
- Sells for other Commercial Sellers.
- Anyone with a financial interest or in a partnership with a company.
- Seller's items that are of commercial quantities and sells for PROFIT.

All advertisement posts are allowed on the following Threads ONLY:
Whole Bikes / Frames / Components / Accessories & Garments / Looking For / Swap Deal and Non-Bike Items.
Do not use the discussion forums to advertise or promote a sale or service, or your account will be Moderated/Banned.

For Whole Bikes / Frames Section:
- You can post only 1 NEW product per post.
- Only one NEW-product post per seller per section will be allowed at any given time. This means if you have an existing NEW-product post, you must not create another. If you do, we have the option to delete your posts and give you an infraction.

For Components / Accessories Section:
- You can post a maximum of 2 NEW products per post.
- Only one NEW-product(s) post per seller per section will be allowed at any given time. This means if you have an existing NEW-product(s) post, you must not create another. If you do, we have the option to delete your posts and give you an infraction.

Whole Bikes / Frames / Components / Accessories & Non-Bike items Section:
- Indicate if the item is NEW or USED.
- Indicate a price.
- Indicate quantity of the item/s.
- Maximum image size allowed is 640 x 480.
- There is no limit to the number of USED (personal) items per post.
- Learn to EDIT your post for ADDING/REMOVING items.
- Trade Central is an ad-sharing space. This means other sellers are using the section. To give everyone a fair chance, sellers are allowed to repost only after 15 days. Multiple posts will be deleted.
- If the items is sold kindly put on the subject SOLD.
- Reply is DISABLED, contact the seller thru PM or contact details provided.
- Posts that are at least 30 days old will be removed to keep the section tidy.

Bikeshop Threads
It is for bikeshop information only: Contact details, Location and Comments only.
Bikeshop Thread is moderated - All post here will be moderated before approving the post.

Provide complete information about the item you are buying/selling.
If you provide adequate information your item will sell faster due to people having to ask less questions.
Be as descriptive as possible about the condition of the item.

All items must have the following info:
- PRICE per Item
- Condition of the item: New / Used
- Quantity of the item/s
- and Contact Numbers / Email Address.

Looking For / Swap
If you're looking for a certain products or items to purchase, DO NOT create a thread at Tech Help & Info Categories & Tech Central Categories

Please learn to edit your advertisement
if necessary, with the change of price, added items, sold, cancelled, reserved, etc.

If you are posting a long list of items to sell
Please update it frequently by stating which items have been sold.

Time Limit on Editing of Posts is 30 days only. Time limit on editing Thread (Subject) Title is 30 Days.

Keep your pictures small (Max of 640x480).

What is an iTrader Feedback System?
PinoyMTBiker now features the iTrader system for all buyer/seller feedback. This will soon replaces the existing buyer/seller feedback forum in hopes of creating a better system for tracking buyers/sellers. Every member now has an iTrader profile, it includes a rating number in parentheses, as well as comments from other members you've bought from and sold to.

There are three things you can rate a member:
1. Positive (+1) - Positive Comment
2. Neutral (0) - Neutral Comment
3. Negative (-1) - Negative Comment

How to leave iTrader feedback and rating
After you make a sale or purchase, remember to leave feedback for the member you bought from or sold to. This helps everyone in the community know what it's like to deal with that member.

When to check a member's iTrader rating
Before you send a question to a seller's or before completing a transaction with a member. You can check the buyer or seller's member rating by clicking on their username in any thread or at memberlist profile area and check their iTrader Feedback Rating. Sellers may also want to view the member profiles of buyer to see how reliable they've been in the past.

How to respond to iTrader feedback and rating
After receiving feedback from someone you can leave a response. This can be a simple thank you, a resolution for the issue or your side of the story. This is not intended to be a communication system for resolving an issue, please use the PM (Private Message) system to communicate with the other party.

What if I get a rating that is unjust from somebody?
If somebody is leaving negative feedback for you when it is not warranted, please contact one of the Global Mods and let us know immediately and why the feedback is not warranted. We will then have the option of deleting the feedback if it indeed is unwarranted. You can contact us a few ways:
1. Private message any of the Gmods through the forums.
2. When viewing your iTrader profile page, you will see a little warning symbol (!) under "Options". Click on this and you will be taken to a page to fill in why you think this is bad feedback. Enter your reason and hit "Send Report".

How do I Edit Feedback I've left for somebody?
The only people that can edit feedback, is the person who left the rating and the Gmods. We ask that if you left feedback that you need to change for any reason, you take care of this yourself. If you're on the receiving end of feedback that needs to be changed, please contact the person who left it for you via PM (Private Message).

On editing your feedback, you'll see the main feedback page. On this page, beside the "Rating Summary" Header, is an "Options" header. Under that header are three icons: a memo note, a hammer, and a warning symbol. The hammer is how you can edit the feedback.

How do I rate somebody?
1. Go to their profile page.
2. Click the Feedback Tab
3. Click the link "View all feedbacks for [Username]"
4. Click the link "Submit Feedback for [Username]"
3. Fill in all the information.
a. The 'Short Comments' box is what all other users will see. Profanity, or name calling (scammer, liar, etc.), will not be tolerated.
b. The 'Additional Comments' box can only be viewed by the other party.
4. Hit "Submit Reply".

Information on the Additional Comments
This can be left for the buyer/seller and can only be viewed by the other party. Please lengthen it to at least 50 characters this means that in the large text box called "Additional comments" you must enter in some information. Something about the swap/deal, good response time, a comment on the item, anything, but it must be at least 50 characters long. The average of 50 characters is 6-9 words. This is a flood control measure and is not an option when filling out feedback.

Notes:
Member abusing the iTrader system will be banned. This includes leaving malicious feedback and false feedback (feedback that doesn't actually apply to any Trade/Sell/Buy or Swaps). Each member can only give 1 feedback every 24 hours. A script has been enabled that requires you to wait 24 hours before giving another feedback.

It would be beneficial if all members start leaving feedback effective immediately, and not leave feedback that is already completed. However, if you're currently in an exchange/trade, please use the iTrader system when it is completed.
